1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, browse, or place an order, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and order history. When you apply to become a Vendor, we additionally collect your store details and payment method information you choose to display to Customers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to process orders, route them to the correct Vendor, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, and keep the Marketplace secure (for example, detecting fraudulent accounts). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. What We Share With Vendors
When you place an order with a Vendor, we share the information needed to fulfill that order — your name, phone number, delivery address, and order contents. If you choose a manual payment method, the Vendor also receives confirmation of the transaction details you submit. We do not share your full order history across unrelated Vendors.
4. Payment Information
For Cash on Delivery, no payment details are transmitted to us at all. For manual bKash/Nagad payments, the transaction happens directly between you and the Vendor’s own account — we only store the reference details you submit (sender number, transaction ID, and amount) so the Vendor can verify receipt. 5. Data Retention & Security
Order and account records are retained as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal compliance. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never visible to our staff in plain text.
6. Your Choices
You can update your account details at any time from your dashboard, or contact support to request deletion of your account, subject to records we are required to keep for order/accounting history.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
