Cash on delivery
Returns Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Used or damaged products (unless received damaged). Customized or personalized items. Gift cards or digital products. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

সকল অর্ডার অ্যাডভান্স পেমেন্ট বা Cash on Delivery (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)-এর মাধ্যমে গ্রহণ করা হয়। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর বাতিল করতে চাইলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আমাদের জানাতে হবে। কাস্টমাইজড পণ্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না। পণ্যের রঙ ছবি, মোবাইল বা মনিটরের ডিসপ্লের কারণে সামান্য ভিন্ন দেখাতে পারে। প্রতিটি পণ্যের সাইজ/মাপ অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে ভালোভাবে দেখে নিশ্চিত করুন। ডেলিভারির সময় এলাকা ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় কুরিয়ারের সামনে প্যাকেজটি পরীক্ষা করে নিন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান। ব্যবহারের ভুল, অসাবধানতা বা দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না। স্টক-সংক্রান্ত কারণে কোনো পণ্য অনুপলব্ধ হলে গ্রাহককে জানিয়ে বিকল্প পণ্য বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। আমাদের পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য, অফার বা শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষিত। অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের সকল Terms & Conditions এবং Return Policy মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
