Delivery Coverage We deliver products nationwide through trusted courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations. Delivery Time Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated based on the customer's location, product weight, and order value. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout. Order Confirmation Orders are confirmed after successful order placement. Our customer support team may contact customers to verify order details before dispatch. Delivery Inspection Customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting delivery. Any visible damage or missing items should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and our customer support team.
Return Policy Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you may request a return under the following conditions. Refund Policy Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Eligible Refund Cases Product is out of stock after payment. Order is cancelled before shipment.
