Refunds are provided only if the ordered product is unavailable or if a return request is approved. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after verification.
Most footwear products do not include a warranty unless specifically mentioned on the product page. Manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery will be reviewed for replacement.
