We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. - Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days - Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days - Delivery charge: Tk 80 inside Dhaka, Tk 150 outside Dhaka. (Pay in advance) - Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM are dispatched the same or next working day - Cash on Delivery is available nationwide - You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch Delivery times may be longer during Eid, national holidays, or adverse weather. Fragrance is a personal-care product, so we follow a strict but fair return policy to protect the safety of every customer. We accept returns only if: - The bottle arrived broken, leaking, or damaged - You received the wrong scent or wrong size - The product is sealed and unused Conditions: - Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery - Send clear photos of the product and the parcel to WhatsApp 01571442419 - We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video — it makes damage claims fast and simple We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially used bottles, or on returns requested only because the scent was not to your personal taste. Fragrance smells different on every skin, and we cannot resell an opened bottle. If you are unsure about a scent, order our 6ml Sprey first, or message us and we will help you choose.
If your return is approved, you may choose: 1. Replacement — the same product resent free of charge (preferred, fastest) 2. Store credit — full value, usable on any future order 3. Refund — the product value returned via bKash/Nagad within 5–7 working days Notes: - Original delivery charge is refunded only when the fault is ours (damaged, leaking, or wrong item sent) - If a parcel is refused or unclaimed at delivery without a valid reason, the courier charge is not refundable - Refunds are issued to the number used at the time of order
Every Zahra Perfumes fragrance is filled fresh and checked before dispatch. We guarantee: - pure oil, strong projection, 6-8 hours lasting time on cloths - The exact scent and size you ordered - Secure, leak-protected packaging We do not offer a time-based warranty on fragrance, as scent performance depends on storage, skin type, and weather. However, if any bottle arrives faulty — a broken sprayer, a leaking cap, or a defective bottle — inform us within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge. To keep your fragrance at its best, store it away from direct sunlight and heat, and keep the cap tightly closed.
